All goods made by Jovee are 100% guaranteed. If something should fail due to an error in manufacturing we will gladly repair it! For anything outside of manufacturing error (rips, stains, etc) you can contact us so we can recommend a leather specialist for repairs or where to have your leather good(s) professionally cleaned.

All sales are final.
Exchanges can be made within 3 days of original purchase on NON custom orders only.

Dye transfer can happen. It is not common but sometimes if leather becomes wet or too warm while wearing lighter colour or heavily dyed clothing this can occur. 

Because of the unique nature of "New-Old-Stock" leather, there may be slight variations in the colour/grain and natural blemishes and scars. Over time leather will develop its own patina and wear patterns depending on the leather. Hair on hide will naturally wear where there is friction.
