BECAUSE OF THE NATURE OF NEW OLD STOCK LEATHER, COLOUR AND TEXTURE MAY VARY. OVER TIME LEATHER WILL DEVELOP ITS OWN PATINA AND WEAR PATTERNS DEPENDING ON USE AND LEATHER TYPE. HAIR ON HIDE WILL NATURALLY WEAR WHERE THERE IS FRICTION. DYE TRANSFER CAN HAPPEN. IT IS NOT COMMON BUT SOMETIMES IF LEATHER BECOMES WET OR TOO WARM WHILE WEARING LIGHTER COLOUR CLOTHING, THIS CAN OCCUR.
ALL GOODS MADE BY JOVEE ARE 100% GUARANTEED. IF SOMETHING SHOULD FAIL DUE TO AN ERROR IN MANUFACTURING WE WILL GLADLY REPAIR IT AT NO COST LESS SHIPPING. FOR ANYTHING OUTSIDE OF MANUFACTURING ERROR CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REPAIR COSTS AND FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. JOVEE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSING PACKAGES. IF YOU ARE SHIPPING AN ITEM OVER $75, YOU SHOULD CONSIDER USING A TRACKABLE SHIPPING SERVICE OR PURCHASING SHIPPING INSURANCE.
