DYE TRANSFER CAN HAPPEN. IT IS NOT COMMON BUT SOMETIMES IF LEATHER BECOMES WET OR TOO WARM WHILE WEARING LIGHTER COLOUR CLOTHING, THIS CAN OCCUR.

 ALL GOODS MADE BY JOVEE ARE 100% GUARANTEED. IF SOMETHING SHOULD FAIL DUE TO AN ERROR IN MANUFACTURING WE WILL GLADLY REPAIR IT. FOR ANYTHING OUTSIDE OF MANUFACTURING ERROR. DEPENDING ON WHERE YOU LIVE, THE TIME IT MAY TAKE FOR YOUR REPAIRED PRODUCT TO REACH YOU, MAY VARY. IF YOU ARE SHIPPING AN ITEM OVER $75, YOU SHOULD CONSIDER USING A TRACKABLE SHIPPING SERVICE OR PURCHASING SHIPPING INSURANCE. WE DON’T GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL RECEIVE YOUR RETURNED ITEM.
